Nebula Part II

This has to be my favorite raku piece I’ve ever done.  I used the same Nebula glaze from Spectrum as the post from a couple of days ago.  However I adjusted the firing temperature down 50 degrees.  I fired to 1700 the lowest end of the recommended temperature.  REduction bin was mostly shredded newspaper with 3-4 handfuls of loose sawdust sprinkled and layered in with the newspaper.  I let the flame burn about 45 seconds before putting the lid on.  I could tell right away that I was going to get the more teal/aqua effect this time versus the more coppery effect of nebula 1.  Here is the exciting result!
