The bowl is beautiful. I have had a few pieces do that “cloudy” thing also. I just think it adds to the charm of the piece. I never thought of it being a defect in the mermaid tears, just a little more tear–or salty water from a tear. I am so very glad I could help you out. Have a lot of fun with the mermaid tears.
